After having spent over 20 years in several different industries, including fortune 500 corporations, I made the decision to take my skills to the general public as an HR Freelancer. I'm now able to support small to medium-sized organizations on a part time, temporary and ad-hoc basis doing what I'm most passionate about - helping companies, employees and leaders succeed by focusing on their #1 Asset - People!
My HR experience spans all points in the employee lifecycle from workforce planning to off-boarding. Early in my career, I found a niche in setting up and establishing HR departments where none previously existed. By doing this several times, for several different companies, I gained a robust background as an HR Generalist.
Today, I happily support small to medium sized businesses with their HR needs including interviewing, assessing, onboarding/assimilation, coaching, employee relations investigations and recommendations, policies/procedures and handbooks, internal communications, performance management, disciplinary action, advice and recommendations, mentoring, team building, training and general administration.
